"Same order - same review! My order was mislabeled and was sent to a different country completely and Natasha Denona is not taking any accountability for taking my money and not fulfilling my order. I even flagged it before it was shipped as there were issues and once tracking was enabled I kept contacting them to fix the issue while it was in transit. It is unfortunate as I love this makeup brand but unless they start having some basic customer service and integrity I will never buy from them again."
