FULL MATTIFYING FINISH:

After dispensing the powder into the lid, dip the HY-GLAM™ Marshmallow Puff  into the lid to pick up the powder. Then, press onto the palm of hand, and sweep across face for a fully matte, blurred, waterproof effect. Focus on shine-prone areas such as T-zone or the whole face if desired.

NATURAL MATTE FINISH:

After dispensing the powder into the lid,  dip the  HY-GLAM™ Powder Brush into the lid to pick up the powder. Then, sweep it into the palm of your hand  and blend across your face for a natural semi-matte, blurred, waterproof effect. Focus on shine-prone areas such as T-zone or the whole face if desired.
