Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

This Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) supplements our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), and outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping, return, and refund of Products purchased from Natasha Denona Makeup LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to all orders placed through our websites, including https://natashadenona.com/ (each a “Website”).

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order or use our services. Any term not defined herein shall be interpreted as defined in the Terms. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Please note that after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders placed by 1 pm EST are processed the same business day; otherwise, they are processed the next business day. Note that processing time may be extended during peak periods.

  • Holidays

We do not ship on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

  • Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, unless free, shall be added to the product price and calculated in your shopping cart.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Orders up to $49: $10 flat fee.
  • Orders over $49: Free Standard Shipping.
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days via UPS/FedEx Express or similar service upon our sole discretion.

International Shipping:

  • Orders up to $150: $15-$25 flat fee depending on the region.
  • Orders over $150: Free Standard Shipping.
  • Delivery Time: 10-25 business days via Global-E Express or similar service upon our sole discretion.
  • Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions
    • Excluded Countries: At this time, we do not ship to Algeria, Andorra, Brazil, Israel, Montenegro, Nepal, Nigeria, Russia, Serbia, Seychelles, Spain, Thailand, Tonga, and Turkey.
    • Sunscreen Products: Products containing sunscreen cannot be shipped to Canada and will be removed from your order at checkout.
  • No Responsibility for Forwarding Companies

The company is not responsible for damage, defects, or loss occurring to products delivered to forwarding or parcel forwarding companies. Orders addressed to forwarding companies are placed at your own risk.

  • Additional Costs
    • Remote Locations: Orders to remote or less accessible locations may incur an additional out-of-delivery area surcharge of at least $25.
    • Import Fees: Additional fees such as import fees, customs clearance charges, and local taxes will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying all additional costs. Subject to your applicable jurisdiction law, it is your responsibility to be aware of local import regulations and charges. If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
  • Late Delivery Disclaimer

While we strive to meet all shipping and delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside of our control. These events may include, but are not limited to, customs delays, carrier delays, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may disrupt the shipping process. We will do our best to inform you of any such delays as soon as possible.

The estimated shipping times provided during checkout are based on standard business days and do not account for weekends or holidays. Please note that these are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

In the event of a significant delay, you may contact our customer service team at wecare@natashadenona.com for further assistance. However, the Company will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from delays in delivery.

Return Policy

  • Defective Products

Defective products can always be returned. Please contact our Customer Service team at wecare@natashadenona.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.

  • Domestic Returns (U.S.)

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return new or gently used products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • International Returns

Products shipped outside the U.S. are generally not eligible for returns unless your applicable jurisdiction law provides you with such a right. If so, we will provide a refund in accordance with your local law.

  • Eligibility for Returns

Products must be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition to qualify for a return. Please contact our Customer Service team at wecare@natashadenona.com for assistance with your return.

  • Non-Refundable Items
  • Items purchased as part of a set, or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable (subject to your jurisdiction law).
  • Products under sale or promotions cannot be returned unless stipulated otherwise by applicable law.
  • Products that have been purchased at a discount are not eligible for return.
  • Return Authorization

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at wecare@natashadenona.com to obtain a return authorization. Include your order number, reason for return, and whether the product is unused and unopened.

 

Refunds

  • Processing Time

Once an eligible return is received and processed, the payment card will be refunded for the purchase price of the returned product within 7-10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

  • Shipping Costs

Non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages. If the order being returned received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Clearance costs

Any credit card clearance fees incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable, unless stipulated otherwise by applicable law.

  • Refunds on Discounted Items

If a product was purchased with a discount or coupon, the refund will be issued based on the discounted price paid. The amount refunded will be the price paid at the time of purchase, not the original full price of the product.

Please note that this Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy is subject to specific local consumer protection laws that may supersede and govern our Terms, including as further detailed under the “Consumer Rights” Section in our Terms. If your local laws provide greater protection or additional rights beyond what is stated in our policy, those local laws will apply.
