This Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) supplements our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), and outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping, return, and refund of Products purchased from Natasha Denona Makeup LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to all orders placed through our websites, including https://natashadenona.com/ (each a “Website”).
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order or use our services. Any term not defined herein shall be interpreted as defined in the Terms. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Please note that after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Return Policy
- Defective Products
Defective products can always be returned. Please contact our Customer Service team at wecare@natashadenona.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.
- Domestic Returns (U.S.)
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return new or gently used products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- International Returns
Products shipped outside the U.S. are generally not eligible for returns unless your applicable jurisdiction law provides you with such a right. If so, we will provide a refund in accordance with your local law.
- Eligibility for Returns
Products must be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition to qualify for a return. Please contact our Customer Service team at wecare@natashadenona.com for assistance with your return.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Items purchased as part of a set, or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable (subject to your jurisdiction law).
- Products under sale or promotions cannot be returned unless stipulated otherwise by applicable law.
- Products that have been purchased at a discount are not eligible for return.
- Return Authorization
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at wecare@natashadenona.com to obtain a return authorization. Include your order number, reason for return, and whether the product is unused and unopened.
Refunds
- Processing Time
Once an eligible return is received and processed, the payment card will be refunded for the purchase price of the returned product within 7-10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
- Shipping Costs
Non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages. If the order being returned received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Clearance costs
Any credit card clearance fees incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable, unless stipulated otherwise by applicable law.
- Refunds on Discounted Items
If a product was purchased with a discount or coupon, the refund will be issued based on the discounted price paid. The amount refunded will be the price paid at the time of purchase, not the original full price of the product.
