1. Create the Lifted Shape (The Transition)

Natasha starts by establishing the shape of the eye.

• Using a fluffy blending brush, take the light, matte sage green shade (Sage).

• Apply this through the crease, but crucially, blend it upwards and outwards toward the tail of the brow. This immediate "upward sweep" is the foundation of the lifted cat-eye effect.

2. Define the Wing with Shadow

5. Intensify and Define

To truly make it a "cat eye," you need definition right at the lash line.

• Using a small, angled liner brush or a tiny pencil brush, take the deepest, darkest shade in the palette (like the dark forest green, Oz).

• Press this color right into the upper lash line, thickening it as you reach the outer corner to sharpen and intensify the wing you created earlier.

6. Balance the Lower Lash Line

Whatever you do on top, mirror on the bottom for a cohesive look.

• Smudge the lighter green shades along the lower lash line.

• Add a touch of the shimmering pink to the center of the lower lash line to open up the eye.

• Finish with a bright, sparkling highlighter in the inner corner.
